The entire globe is facing a fatal crisis of Coronavirus Covid 19 pandemic today. The COVID-19 consequences threaten to overshadow this generation's prospects for the future. The lives of millions of people have been changed, in many cases almost unrecoverable. Corona pandemic crashed into the education sector as the primary rolling stock of this sector.  Many pupils are obliged to stay at home to avoid Corona Infection.  Many of them lost lives due to the virus. Covid-19 is responsible for almost all universities, schools, and colleges to reach out to the online avenue for running the scheduled classes via various digital platforms. In many parts of the world, schools are no longer an option for kids. However, not everything may be as odd as it appears. We know that there is a silver lining to every cloud. 




Immediate progress has happened in the increasing popularity of pre-recorded or on-demand access online courses. E-learning is made available on several platforms. Learning via video or YouTube is in demand. Many e-learning frameworks, including Udmey and Coursera, assist students. Many students have lost their confidence that those who have endured the lockdown may not be as confident as previously. The design of a new online route for the many course content has become more prominent in the post-Covid session. The E-learning model creates a new paradigm for teachers and professors as they reshape this change.  While delivering lectures and course content online, online teachers are more consistent. Students acquire many opportunities as they gained from it.  Students use the internet to acquire deep knowledge. The channel sources of knowledge were the Internet and Google Scholar. The education industry has been battling to survive the crises by taking a different strategy. 


What is the blow to the education industry?

When we consider the good aspects of the pandemic's impact on education, we can claim that our brain's learning cells were more active as we studied and analyzed how to continue this transition in education. OVID-19 sped up the adoption of digital technologies to deliver discipline.  Educators and students were encouraged to learn how to use technology in a mixed learning environment. Online webinars, virtual classrooms, teleconferencing, digital tests, and evaluations have all become commonplace. Online learning became more outstanding than before it came into practical use a decade later or more. There was incredible teamwork among all the team members in education that included administration, teachers, students, parents, and companies. All of which makes it possible ingeniously. Many pupils learned that those who desire global education and exposure to ideas obtain it. Students lower the cost of travel, vacations, and purchasing study materials.  Covid -19 affects all-important educational activities, and we can sense confusion, the postponement or delay in exams, academic sessions. There was no option for the co-curriculum. The digital world was an embarrassment for the many teachers, experts in book, talk, and classroom methods. They need specific training to meet the challenges of the present situation and go ahead with online teaching. Many students struggled to obtain the various readymade requirements for digital learning.


What did we learn from Covid-19?

During the Covid-19 phase, we saw a sharp rise in the mixed learning approach. Blended learning includes face-to-face learning and online learning techniques. We can adapt to new learning management structures in new ways. We have to update our skills for our improvement. We can change ourselves for the rise in synergetic work.
